Shipping policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Wholesale Distribution. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $8.00, FREE on orders of $70 or more
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $15.00

Delivery times begin once your order ships. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping to Canada

Rates and delivery estimates for Canada are calculated by the carrier and shown at checkout. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility on delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is significantly delayed, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it.
